the gig last night was freaking amazing
apart from machine head just being pure SUCK
bodom got a hell of a crowd going, and when slipknot were on absolutely everyone joined in every single lyric,
The set was amazing, with clown's rotating and levitating drum set, joeys upside down drum kit at the end, and most of all, seeing mick thompson a mere 5 feet away from me.
even though mick signed to me to go die, chris called me a wanker and corey gave me the metal fingers, but to no one else, couldda been cos i was the only one in the pits and at the front sporting a joey mask, but w/e. At times the crowd was that immense i nearly passed out several times, but to be honest no real damage was done, even though ,my head was stamped on when i fell down, but theres nothing broken, just a few pulled muscles in my legs and arms. not to mention i got chucked the whole distance of a pit which was about 11 or so feet. turns out i can fly eh?
anyways
i shall be drawing that joey portrait, but i'm just waiting till my arms are painless and my head isn't thumping.
